Southern Tier Incubator

FOSTERING ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE SOUTHERN TIER

WHAT IS THE KOFFMAN INCUBATOR?

The Koffman Southern Tier Incubator is 35,000 square-feet of offices, high-tech labs, wet labs, dry labs, common areas as well as co-working spaces that encourage collaboration between its members. We provide workspace, mentoring and a host of other resources to our member companies.

Built for Small Business

Every inch of the Koffman building has been thoughtfully designed to provide working spaces that inspire individuals and companies to create and develop transformational, innovative products and ideas. It is ideally positioned to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem being developed across the Southern Tier.

Promoting Growth

In addition to a purpose-built space, member companies have access to financial, legal and regulatory resources and services. To facilitate ease of access, the Small Business Development Center and the Trade Adjustment Assistance Center are housed within the incubator to assist companies. Programs are available to guide the growth of your business.

Our Companies

Member companies are working hard to make a positive impact on the local community and the world as a whole. Ranging from nanotechnologies to microgreens, a full breadth of skill is housed in the Koffman.
