Breaking down the silos

Breaking Down the SIlos: a community event for all

Incubators such as the Koffman are purpose-built to promote cross-pollination. Diverse companies sharing stories, expertise and resources cultivates an inclusive business ecosystem. Likewise, community interaction is critical to developing a more robust ecosystem outside Incubator walls.

By facilitating community interaction of all sorts we can collectively build a thriving, supportive entrepreneurial community here in Binghamton.

Monthly Silos events are sponsored by community partners and managed by Binghamton University’s Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Partnerships. If you are interested in making meaningful connections consider attending a Silos event. Silos are open to all and are held on a monthly basis.

What to expect

Silos serve as a venue to make connections, learn about the local ecosystem and get involved in the business community. These events take the form of an open networking event, often in differing locations. Connections are key both personally and professionally, Silos facilitate these connections in a comfortable atmosphere.
