Koffman Southern Tier Incubator
The Koffman incubator in downtown Binghamton welcomes students who are progressing a startup, or, who are generally interested in entrepreneurship. The 35,000 SqFt facility provides three floors of co-working space and meetings rooms for students to utilize free of charge. Binghamton University manages the facility and offers strategic programming to help in all areas of business development.Â

The Hub for Student Entrepreneurs
Binghamton University’s Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Partnerships (E&IP) manages the Koffman facility and its programs. Students from Binghamton University and SUNY Broome are able to work out of the facility’s co-working areas free of charge to progress their business venture in a supportive, energetic environment. Additionally, key programs are available free to students to progress their business or scientific research.

Entrepreneur Student Club
Discover a support network of like-minded innovators through Binghamton University’s Entrepreneurship Connect club. Connecting with partners, making friends and gaining feedback is key to startup success. Hear from notable Alumni and business owners and share your idea during club meetings. Join a growing ecosystem of innovative students, eager to support one another. Â

The Entrepreneur Connect club was founded for student entrepreneurs by student entrepreneurs. The club’s goal is to bring together the most innovative and creative minds across Binghamton University, providing an environment to foster meaningful connections, build pivotal skills and start innovative businesses. Experienced mentors at the Koffman Incubator can be connected to students. Five programs are available which can provide grant funding, customer discovery, internship opportunities and more!

Programs to Progress Your Innovation
The Koffman Incubator offers students access to key programs, free of charge, to turn ideas into businesses. Students learn to pitch, refine their idea and build a solid business foundation in the Accelerator Program. Researchers can discover their ideal customer in the NSF I-Corps program.
